You would be a person proficient in:
- Azure cloud deployment and operations
- Azure VM provisioning
- Azure SQL Database or SQL Server on Azure VMs
- Azure managed services (App Service, Cloud Services, Web Apps, API Apps)
- C# / .NET Core
- ASP.NET MVC and Web API
- MVC / MVVM / MV* design patterns
- IIS / Kestrel deployment and maintenance
- Fluent written and verbal English
- Git and Git-based workflows
We would consider it a PLUS if you are familiar with:
- Containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Azure Functions or other cloud function technologies
- Azure Cosmos DB
- Cloud security, IDS/IPS, DDOS protection technologies
- Node.js deployment on Linux VMs
In this role you will:
- Develop and deploy mission-critical cloud applications in Azure
- Design and develop state-of-the-art cloud infrastructure with high availability and auto scaling
- Support and maintain application infrastructure with %99.9+ uptime SLA
- Analyze performance bottlenecks, identify and fix system stability issues
- Collaborate with customers and other engineeers when creating project requirements and system design
- Write clean, efficient and maintainable code while adhering to team's coding guidelines and quality standards
- Perform and participate in code reviews, architecture design and technical research
- Investigate technical issues, find and fix bugs, improve the performance and responsiveness of the apps you develop
- Write product documentation, blog posts, architecture design documents and other internal and user-facing technical documentation
