In this role you will:
- Lead daily communication with clients and stakeholders both internal and external
- Create instructions for different tasks and projects
- Work with different software tools to check if they will match the client/stakeholder requirements for optimization or digitalization of a specific process
- Coordinate and track the milestones of the projects you are assigned to
- Describe processes – written and via graphics
- Analyse, document, improve and design business processes
- Identify problems and opportunities and ultimately provide solutions that help achieve the business' goals
- Be accountable for the progress and success of the assigned projects
