Demand Generation Manager

You would be a person:

  • With 3+ years in digital marketing, ideally in a demand generation/growth marketing role
  • With experience in working with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, Ahrefs and alike;
  • With experience in working with Google suite (Data studio, GA, Google ads, GTM, etc.); SM advertising platforms (LinkedIn, FB, Twitter, Quora, Reddit, etc.).
  • With media buying and media relationship management experience; potentially, events experience
  • With a growth mindset
  • Who is a team player with strong communication and presentation skills with an eye for detail and not afraid to take risks and experiment

We would consider it a PLUS if you have experience with/ have:

  • B2B tech software
  • Technical knowledge
  • Marketing experience within the IT field

In this role you will:

  • Oversee the whole demand generation effort globally (North America, EMEA), own the demand generation budget and strategic planning
  • Develop a demand generation strategy across the marketing funnel, run marketing campaigns and other awareness and growth initiatives end to end supported by the wider team. This includes the full range of direct customer acquisition practices (Advertising, SEO/SEM, Social Media, Events, etc) and conversions (web optimization, email nurturing, lead enrichment, etc.)
  • Analyze, report and optimize all demand generation programs based on ROI, demand generation and sales effectiveness – based on clearly defined set of goals and KPIs (traffic, signups, MQL to SQL)
